Who we write for
United States-focused editorial website serving readers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our readers are typically 50 or older and researching whether a nutrition product is worth their money before they buy. We write for people making a purchase decision, not for clinicians.
What we do — and what we do not do
- We do: read Supplement Facts panels, compare marketing claims against labels, summarise the relevant nutrition research, and publish the criteria we score against.
- We do not: manufacture, own, stock, sell, ship or process payment for any product; run laboratory testing; or provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Every product is scored on eight published criteria: ingredient transparency, scientific evidence, label accuracy, manufacturing standards, refund policy, value per serving, third-party certifications and public reputation.
